Understanding the true profitability of your practice is one of the most important aspects of unlocking the value you’ve created. Unlike brokers who simply pass along your financial information to potential buyers, JW Practice Advisory performs its own due diligence. This includes, among other considerations, a thorough assessment of your financial information. Notably, JW Practice Advisory examines your financials at the general ledger level, creates a comprehensive quality of earnings report, and produces a highly detailed CIM for buyer review. This extensive diligence process also ensures that a potential buyer is given the most accurate picture of your practice. Further, providing the buyer with this higher level of certainty leads to a significant increase in value for sellers.
