With over 30 years of experience in the dental industry and a deep understanding of multi-location business growth, I bring a wealth of knowledge in practice transitions and strategic planning. My career has spanned across major companies like Septodont, Dentsply, Kerr, Citibank, Choicehealth Leasing, and Henry Schein, where I have held leadership roles driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients.

From my early days in dental sales to leading teams that developed and launched cutting-edge digital technology in the dental field, I have always been driven by a passion for innovation and building long-lasting partnerships. As Director of Group Practice Sales at Henry Schein, I worked with multi-location Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) to negotiate complex agreements and expand their footprint. Most recently, as Director of Business Strategic Accounts, I focused on supporting emerging DSOs by helping establish their distribution relationships and build comprehensive merchandise and equipment strategies.
