Meet Morgan Stump

Morgan Stump joins JW Advisory as a Merger and Acquisition Advisor, bringing over 16 years of experience in healthcare finance, originations, and strategic growth. He has a strong track record of advising and partnering with healthcare businesses to scale operations, access capital, and execute on growth initiatives.

Morgan began his career at Wells Fargo, where he spent eight years building a foundation in financial services and credit. In 2018, he joined Provide as its 18th employee and first outside sales representative, helping to establish and scale its national origination platform.

Over his tenure, Morgan sourced more than $500 million in healthcare loans and played a key role in expanding the Provide's loan portfolio from $50 million to over $5 billion. He transitioned into leadership in 2021 as National Sales Manager and was promoted to Head of Sales in 2025, where he led national growth strategy, sales execution, and team development.

At JW Advisory, Morgan will advise healthcare business owners and operators on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, leveraging his deep industry expertise and transaction experience to drive value for clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts, and traveling whenever possible.
